What I learned from

SOCIAL MEDIA WEEK on CREATIVELIVE

Here are a few tips I learned:

  1. Pins on Pinterest stay around for about 2.5 months (vs Facebook which is a few hours and Twitter is only a few minutes!)
  2. Having a complete LinkedIn profile helps your probability in showing up in people’s searches. (More on that in Marcus Murphy’s LinkedIn Class.)

I watched the classes about Pinterest and LinkedIn for business users on CreativeLive. This isn’t an affiliate link or anything, I just think CreativeLive is an awesome company to learn from!

Click on any of the social media sites listed in this email to connect with me on that site…

Here’s to your momentum,

Jodi

PS BONUS TIP #3: I don’t spend time everyday on social media, event though my posts show up everyday! I use Grum to schedule my posts. It starts at $10/month. I used to use MeetEdgar which was $450/yr!

(Again, these aren’t affiliate links. I get nothing if you click on them, other than the satisfaction that I helped other busy professionals learn the inside scoop on how to get momentum on social media!) Cheers.

About the Author
Usually you’ll find me somewhere in the world sipping on a latte… I created No More Nylons to help business owners figure out all the “do-it-yourself” tools available to promote their own businesses. And No More Nylons sponsors the Women’s Business Socials to promote vibrant, worthwhile conversations between local women in business. My intention for the Socials is to create a free, professional network, to bring the AMAZING women together to talk, connect and promote the work they love doing. That’s what No More Nylons is all about. Doing the work you love… and being who you are.
